What/where is Grist Mill?  Grist Mill is not really a place – Grist Mill Fine Arts Council is a non-profit fine arts organization with a home theatre in Macedonia.

What shows does Grist Mill do?  Grist Mill does stage productions at the Grist Mill/McCready Theater in Macedonia, but also explores many other venues of diversified artistic expression.

What is Grist Mill/McCready Theater?  Our theatre – our “home” – is a nearly century old building that until 1979 housed the local John Deere dealership owned by the McCready family of Macedonia.  The building is a unique source of pride to the organization because nearly all improvements have been volunteer labor or funded with donations and grants.  Memorabilia from the building’s days as an implement dealership still grace the walls.  Antiques belonging to the McCready family hang from the ceiling.
